After a long successful run, Manchester United have announced the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson.
After 27 years, Sir Alex has officially announced his retirement.
“The decision to retire is one that I have thought a great deal about and one that I have not taken lightly. It is the right time."
Sir Alex had won 13 premiership trophies and 2 European cups while at United, and had won almost every trophy that was obtainable.
No news yet on who will replace Sir Alex Ferguson at Old Trafford.
