New Adidas Adizero?

A while back I released a article focusing on the new Adizero 2 SL, a boot that is thought to be on the verge of release. Now images are beginning to surface featuring a boot even further beyond the release date of the Adizero 2 SL. Lately, a lot of professional players have been spotted testing blacked out Adidas boot, those thought to be the new generation Adizero. Now, another controversial image has hit the internet, one that showcases a blacked-out mystery boot from Adidas thought to be the next Adizero.

The Adizero has been a major success since its arrival in the 2010 World Cup, and the boot has continued to evolve. One of the boots wearers, Salomon Kalou, has been recently spotted training and playing in a blacked out pair of boots.
The new Adizero is rumored to be launched in December, so we should begin to see more players sporting these blacked out boots.

The only thing that leads me to doubt that the blacked out boots are the new Adizero is the comparison between them and already leaked/confirmed pictures of the new Adizero.
If you compare the two, the first thing that is notably different is the SprintFrame text placement and design. The design on the blackout resembles that of the current Adizero, exactly how it was on the original. On the Adizero 3 Messi Edition, the SprintFrame is angled and has a line bordering it. However, Adidas may be keeping the SprintFrame layout standard for the blackout so people can't distinguish between the current and the third.

The uppers on both seem to be similar. Near and around the toe box, the upper features a wavy design, differing in color hues. This is found on the Messi addition as well. (Not exactly sure about the wave design, but certainty the differing color hues.)

Honestly, I can't think of any other boot that this blackout could be. Judging by the thin looking upper and design, it must be the Adizero III.

  1. Giovany Dos Santos used the same boots on the game against Senegal during the 1/4 of the olympic games
