Pele Sports have just released their new colorway and new model of the Pele Trinity! The new Trinity model features a one-layer kangaroo leather upper. This boot is the lightest K-leather boot on the market, weighing in at an astonishing 6.5 oz! The new colorway continues to remain classy and flashy at the same time. I have a feeling the soleplate will scuff a lot, and require a lot of cleaning.
Other than the K-leather upper, Pele Sports has also addressed the separation issue that others, along with myself, experienced with the original Trinity. Pele Sports have ensured us that this will no longer be an issue. Along with that, they have altered the studs to make them more durable and suitable for any surface. This should be exciting news for turf field players. I found that I had a hard time with the studs, for I fell and slipped quite a few times. I'm really looking forward to trying these out!
The Trinity-K will retail for $229.
